Library Items- DW4

I am working on a text-heavy site (60mbs of text) for a RPG site. I was told I should look into CSS and SSI. From what I know (which is very little), SSI is similar to DW Library Items in application.

Can someone please point me in the direction of a good tutorial for using and creating Library Items?

Nevermind, I found a good example how these work. They are really simple. The downside is that they probably aren't w3C compliant, but I think I can live with that for this project.

Thanks anyways.
