LibC functionality on NW4.11 SP9?

I've installed an Intel SRCS14L raid controller in my NW4.11 SP9 server (controller indicates support for NW4.2). Works great!
I just tried to load the monitoring utility (STORCON.NLM), and it fails with:
SERVER-4.11-1586: Loader cannot find public symbol: StackAvail
I've done a bunch of research, and my guess is that this function is in LibC, NOT CLib. I already load CLIBAUX.NLM, but clearly this symbol is not included.
Any helpful suggestions (besides upgrading NW)?
