As per title - I seemed to have assigned a Loop Key to most of my flex buttons, when I use the standard flex key clear procedure (TRANS/PGM + flex key + HOLD/SAVE) - I hear the three-pips sound and the key remains programmed as before. Can't seem to find any other method of clearing in my admin manual - station is not the main attendant (which is extn #200, problem phone is extn #203) - can anybody help please? TIA!

you ned to go into admin programming to do this or give the handset the sufficent rights to alter co programming(not enabled by default)

You can do this using admin programming. I think it is PGM15 for flex keys. Next post I will give you the link to admin programming for GDK-100 (same as GDK-162/186 and GDK-FP-II)
