Hello Dr. I have a ip-ldk60 and Im trying to get the pri card running but its not being recognized, Im in pd-admin and in configuration it only shows in port1 Hybrid and in 9 aafu.

You cab easily make a test - if the board works.

1.
Make a back-up of the system. Save the BU file!
2.
Reset to factory defaults and drop the database.
(Battery off etc.).
3.
Restart the system with the PRI board inserted.
4.
If the PRI now can be seen and works, the board is OK.

To insert the PRIB board, you must set it up in both PGM 101 and 103.
You can check with you active database, that you use now.

Thankyou Dr I got it working, I had to congigure it in slot 6, now I wanted to ask if you know how to switch off an alarm that starts in the 1st extension when the pri cable is unplugged.
