LG Aria 130 & LDP-7016D Handset Issue

I recently purchased 3 additional LDP-7016D handset for our phone system, but have been unable to get them to connect (No power or display to the new handsets)
We inherited the system with the office and I don't know a lot about its history, however I have previously been able to add new handsets or make minor changes to the programming without too many issues.

System is a LG-Nortel Aria 130 running 7 handsets
1 x LDP-7024D Handset (V1.4)
6 x LDP-7016D Handsets (5 x V1.4 and 1 x V1.5)
Firmware is AU90P-3.8Bf (Jul/08)

New handsets are
3 x LDP-7016D - Unknown Version. The Serial Number Label has the follow code : 16KT1180-00

I've tried swapping out an existing (Known Good) handset for the new ones without success.
I have also restarted the PABX system with the new handsets connected to see if they would connect (no luck)

If anyone has any experience with this issue or suggestions please let me know. I'm running out of ideas.

Your LDP-7024 handsets need to have digital board (line card) in the LG Aria.
Can you check the type of these boards?
They should be named DTIB12 or DTIB24 or similiar. Do not remove any board from the Aria, if the power is ON!
Switch off (if needed) - before inspecting.

I managed to get the new handsets to work this afternoon by using the 'ADP' socket instead of the 'LINE' socket.
Looks like the Red/Green & Yellow/Black pairs are reversed internally within the early LDP-7016D's.

OK. Always use the LINE jack. The ADP is for external devices.
