Does anybody know how to reset the level 2 password without Nortel assistance on M1.

You have to know the second level password first.

it is possible if you have PDT access. There is a way to get the second level but will NEVER be posted on this type of forum due to security reasons.

correct, if you have pdt access, or have someone with that level dial in and reset your password..
