Legacy TV Tuner/ VIDEO capture card

I have a Legacy TV Tuner/ VIDEO capture cardcard that says Philips on the tuner RF Shielded tin, FR1236, Chips is Bt848KPF...

I have great drivers, i think.
I am using it for TV only, but I have no
audio, I have my CD Audio going in, and the AUX Out going to my mother board and I can hear a CD playing thru it just fine (no - not when I am trying to hear the TV)any help on get the TV audio to work???
