Hi,

RE: Metaframe XP FR3.

I have a legacy Application (Track) installed and working fine on a Citrix server under Winodws 2000 Server. I am replacing this system with a Server 2003 system. Both servers are in different farms (and the only macine in their farm).

The applicaiton will not run correctly on server 2003. The application works fine for 1 user, but if more than 1 user starts the application there is a problem when they close it. The application complains that an .ini file is is use.

I realise what this error is, but need some assistance resolving it. Would app compatibility scripts fix this? How do they work, and how do I make them?

I used add remove programs to install the app.

Any help appreciated.

In case anyone wants to know, I think I found a solution. I made the .ini file read only and this solved it.
