Leave word calling that won't go away 1

I have a customer with an old G3v2.2 tape system that previously had a display set Definity AUDIX 3.2 in it. This system failed and as a replacement they had a Definity AUDIX 3.2 with control link installed. There were a few stations that had the leave word calling messages still on them from the display set AUDIX that would use this feature to turn on and off message waiting indicators. Now that that system has been removed, I cannot get rid of the leave word calling messages on a few of the extensions. Their message waiting lights are always on and AUDIX says "You have leave word calling messages waiting" but I do not hear any option to listen to them or remove them. I have tried using the feature access code that turns off LWC from the attendant console and from a phone with console permissions and neither worked (attendant was also set as global LWC receiver). I cannot remove the station and readd because of the LWC messages also. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Not sure if this command is avaiable on that old switch. But on my CM2.0 I would use "clear amw all XXXX

I could certainly do that, although I do not think this would clear the LWC MWI. This appears to be something that's stuck on the SPE.

Assign a LWC Remove FAC. Also on the system features page place your extension number. See below:

Stations with System-wide Retrieval Permission (enter extension)
1: 85910 3: 5: 7: 9:
2: 4: 6: 8: 10:

Now from this extension get dial tone enter LWC Cancel code then extension number with the stuck light. You should get the 3 beep okey/dokey tone.

I have tried this. I had the attendant do this from the attendant console. "attd" was added to the global LWC receivers but when I had the attendant try to enter the LWC cancel FAC it did not work. The attendant does have a COS with console permissions.

I'm Sorry I goofed. On your extension that is on the system-wide Retrieval Permission page assign a coverage message retrieval button and a del message button. You will also need a next button. Then press the Coverage message retrieval button. Enter the extension of the stuck set. Press next then press del message. Poof It's gone.

That's the part I was missing, the cov-msg-rt button. Tried it here in the lab and it worked great. Waiting for customer to get back to me regarding this. Thanks!
