Leave word calling (LWC) system-wide retrieval 1

I am just wondering if anyone knows how the Leave word calling (LWC) "Stations with System-wide Retrieval Permission" on the system-parameters features form works. I understand that this can give display phones access to retrieve LWC messages for non-display phones, but on the display phone I only see "msg-retr" and "delete-msg" buttons. When I hit my "msg-retr" feature access button, I only get LWC messages for the current station. How do I retrieve and remove messages from other stations? Thanks!

This is a reply to a user with a stuck LWC light.

On your extension that is on the system-wide Retrieval Permission page assign a coverage message retrieval[/b} button and a del message button. You will also need a next button. Then press the Coverage message retrieval button. Enter the extension of the stuck set. Press next then press del message. Poof It's gone.

Much easier to just type "clear amw all 1234" where 1234 is the extension.

Much easier, but unfortunately on a G3v2 running as G3v1.1, not available. I went through the process described above with the customer and it worked like a charm. This round's on me. Thanks again 1a2.
