learning Windows NT for server!! 2

How would one go about learning network software. microsoft NTserver. That's what we're using at my job, but for job
security any questions you ask our tech you get "it's a long storie" I'll be right there. and right there can take up to a week or longer the only way to get his attention is to send him a E-mail and CC it to the plant manager. I don't want to get anybody to to trouble, I just want ansewers. all I want to be able to do is to fix, or know where to find the answers to any problems that may come up in my department while waiting for our only tech to get around to showing up.:

There is the internet ... Whatever you are looking for, it will be found on google and even the Microsoft site. Look for HowTo sections on any topic
