Learning PHP already knowing ASP

I have a business oppurtunity to create a site but the client needs it in PBP. I consider myself a pretty advanced ASP programer. How hard will it be for me to learn PHP or is it just a syntax difference and should pick it up rather easy. I want to know before I commit to something. I pick up programing languages rather easily. AJ

I came to PHP from the ASP world. I found that PHP was much easier to pick up. The language is better-organized and better-documented than the VB variant used with ASP.
