LDP-9030D not working 1

I have an LPD-9030D on an ipLDK-20, the phone powers up, but does not work
Display shows Model/Version V1.1 OK SYNC

the LDK-20 is version UK66P-C.7Dd Jul/07

Pretty confident that it only works on IPLDK 20 version 3.9Ia and above or EMG-80 and UCP systems.

Where do you get software 3.9Ia ? I've got C.9Ec. I didn't know that they made it any further than 3.9Ec
