Hi,

Im running windows Vista SP2 I keep getting the error message LDP-7024D(LD) USB cable disconnected error message. Windows tells me the driver is working fine, but clearly it isnt.

The info on the call recording system (from the about tab) is as follows:
Call Record System Version: GSLCR-1.0Cd
This program support LDP-7024D(Ld) USB Module
USB F/W Version: (there is no version number shown)

I am using a LDP-7000(USB) mod on the back of the phone, but I can't find a driver for this exactly.

All help greatly appreciated, i have found a similar thread (viewthread.cfm?qid=1601779) where they were having the same issue but it doesnt say the soultion. Also im guessing i'll get the wav file error, assuming I do how do I fix that?

Please help, its driving me mad!

I guess that this product was only made for Windows XP!

Hi doktor,

I've been assured it works on vista, in fact in the other thread you commented on someone had got past this and was getting a wav file error. In your fix in the previous thread you give a solution but don't point out where to find this option. Can you clarify where I have to go to do this as I've installed the software on a different computer and I'm getting the wav file error.

Cheers for all your help! A cyber beer will be delivered!

I checked this thread, as you mentioned.
I guess that only XP will work with this application.
Our customers that use this application use XP SP3.

So if I was using XP, where would I find the wav file alteration? IS that on the call recording software or the operating system?

wav file alteration"?
What file format do you to chnage to/from?

XP has a build in Sound recorder in All Programs and Accessories.

In your previous thread you comment on the WAV file issue, ive now got past the USB problem, but keep getting a WAV file error message: WAV file error

If i can't fix this I cant use the phone system. ;0(

What OS is used??
It works fine here on my XP SP3 running on an old HP PC w/ pentium 4 processor 2 GHz and 1 GB RAM.
