LDK300 voicemail problem

Hi All

I have a LDK300 Hotel which I have a voicemail issue where if a user leaves a message on another users phone the message doesn't get delivered and there is then no notification that the message has been left

External works fine

Any ideas

Hi

It sounds like you may need to use the VC codes to delete all the recordings. I have had it the past where voicemails weren't being delivered or being delivered to other users.

Log on via brandy or jannie, type vc u to delete user greetings, vc s to delete system greetings and vc a to delete all.

Yes to the system. Being a 300 you can connect by TCP using hyper terminal or Putty (Telnet port 23)

does this delete any messages that have been left but not listened to on the system ?

It will delete every new message and saved message on the system. The VC A code deletes all greetings and comfort messages too!
