LDK 20 voicemail

Hi All
I have taken over a site with IPLDK20 with 5 phones..I have all the software and able to log on to the system. One problem is that I am not able to figure out how to setup a voice-mail box for night time. In other words when I switch the the system to night mode calls are answered by a voice mail and people can leave message.

No problem in getting a DISA message to answer in night but I need the ability to take message

Any help would be appreciated

I guess that you are using analogue lines?
Let one phone answer the calls at night and forward this phone to the voice mail by FWD or 554.

They have 2 Basic Rate ISDN on the system

If they are using DDI number use PGM231 to use night answer to VMIB (Or VMIB drop). This will enable a night message to be heard by callers.

Or upgrade to R3.9 and point youre DDI to a hunt group voicemail so callers can leave a message and multiple users can access ,

One other option to have callers leave a message is to point youre DDI in pgm 231 flex 3 at a phone that has a imm forward to VMIB in night service, a bit messy this one as it means one unlucky user looses there VM, unless you can add a SLT for that very purpose, but 3.9 answers youre problem.

Can i also ask if they habe BRI trunks why you are using DISA??
