LDK-20 DKTU problem

hi,
I have a ldk20 . After install SLIB8 expansion module my hybrid port not functction properly. In effect only 1.st port is ok ( STA 10) the port 11-12-13 accept only analog telephone. Before the installatione of the SLIB8 all ok.

Do you have tip for me?

Yes. Checl PGM 101 and 103, as there could be a mismatch.

it's probably a mismatch. But a re initialization resolve this?
Update: I try to uninstall slib8 and reset sys (button on mbu) , nothing.

It is sometimes easier to make a re-initialization.
I normally take a back-up, before the re-initialization.

Live update

- uninstall SLIB 8
-Reset sys PGM 450 ( all data)
-Off battery
- switch 4 off

reset system , switch off.

...nothing.

hardware fault? and in this case why dktu 10 normally function?

In what slot did you install the SLIB8 board.
It should be in: - Slot 4: optional STA board.
In PGM101 set the slot=4 to have the SLIB8 board installed.
Board ID=14 for SLIB8.
In PGM 103 you should program slot=4 for the ptional extension slot - for SLIB8.
The restart the ystem in PGN 450.
Hereafter in should work.
