LDK 20 DISA Problem

I am having a problem setting up a disa message in night mode.

The setup is as follows
Day Mode the DISA message kicks in after 20 seconds and the caller can select their option

My problem is night mode

I have the same message (day message) coming in straight away for night but when the customer selects an option the options do not work.

are you using CCR?

If you are can you confirm what CCR tables you are using and what the system greeting numbers you are using?

Are you using actually using DISA or are the lines set as DDI?
To use DISA, PGM 140, CO Lines would be set as Normal, with the Night DISA option activated and a VMIB msg set.
In the CCR PGM 228, the Index must match the VMIB msg being played.

I have found that sometimes the VMIB msg is programmed to play in PGM 144, the CO Ring Assignment - this is not DISA and therefor cant dial from the msg..
