Hi,

Problem with my IP LDK 100 and the handsets with display's are displaying a NO SYNC message any ideas what is cuasing this.

We also have a payphone that is ringing constantly?

It seems that your system has lost the database. Or gone in to a loop.
To correct - try to reset the PBX (i.e. the ipLDK-100).

I have tried a reboot (switched the power off then on again) of the telephone switch and still got the same message. Do I need to do anything else to reset the PBX.

I also have tried using the reset button on the MPB, pressed this once with no effect still getting the NO SYNC message on the phones

This "no sync" can also occur, if you insert a keyset in "analogue" phone connector.
Do all your keyset phones have this problem?

If your system recently was upgraded, and the keyset phones not are supported, you may get this fault.
Or if your LDK-100 is in version 2.2 (check by [Trans/PGM]+72), and you try to use the LDP-7000 series.

Also worth checking that the MPB (Yellow Handeled Card)
Make sure the LEDs are flashing...

Check the cards are pushed firmly into the slots...
DO NOT remove cards or reseats card with the system power on.

Regards
Steve

Thanks for your help but I had to call out an engineer to have a look at this.

The problem was with the CPU, fortunatly I had 2 chassis so just moved all the cards to the second chassis and done a little programing and all worked.
