I have tried a reboot (switched the power off then on again) of the telephone switch and still got the same message. Do I need to do anything else to reset the PBX.
If your system recently was upgraded, and the keyset phones not are supported, you may get this fault.
Or if your LDK-100 is in version 2.2 (check by [Trans/PGM]+72), and you try to use the LDP-7000 series.
Thanks for your help but I had to call out an engineer to have a look at this.
The problem was with the CPU, fortunatly I had 2 chassis so just moved all the cards to the second chassis and done a little programing and all worked.
