LDK-100 enable dial 1 to access external line for SLT station

Hello,

I'm slowly trying to get our LDK-100 back in to shape after a system reset.

We have a fax machine (on an analogue SLT line) which I'd like to allow to access an outside line by pressing 1. Preferably, I'd like to allow all SLT stations to do the same. I've managed to get our digital stations to do this, but I might be using a bad method to do so (reassigning flex buttons so the first 4 access {CO xx}- matching the 4 lines we have available through 2 ISDN trunks.

Accepting incoming faxes is not important, as they are sent to a modem on a separate PSTN line.

For your fax you need at hotline or warm line.
Check PGM122 ans PGM113.

Hi doktor,

Thanks for that - It pointed me towards pgm141 - masking CO lines 5-40 to group 9.

It looks this has forced the system to use only CO lines 1-4, which seems to have done the trick!
