I installed Exchange server 2003 in my organization recently. I want to share my address book among different orgnaization through LDAP server.

Can anybody help me, what are the pre-requisites (of-course I alreadly installed AD)of LDAP server and what i have to do in my windows/Exchange server 2003 to accomplosh this task
