Hi People!

I've taken over the telephone systems at my company, and while i've been on the odd BT training course here and there, the information i've got from this forum has helped me out immensley and so i thought i'd sign up and hopefully one day i'll be able to help others.
Until then i need your help please. :D

We have some direct dial numbers setup for a few specific extensions and now those people have moved they'd like their direct dial numbers to follow.

I've got as far as:
LD 49
Req:Chg
Type:idc
Cust:0
DCNO:3
Idgt?

I'd like, for example, the incoming number 01273111111 to go to extension 2000.

What do i need to type? The info is probably on the forum already, but i haven't been able to find anything that doesn't give me sch errors.

I'm a computer guy and this voice stuff is a bit like black magic to me at the moment still!

You have to know what the DNIS is...
What information are they sending down the line.
if they are sending 1111 (last 4 digits), you just enter
IDGT 1111 <Enter> (then it will come back with)

1111 and here you type 2000 <enter>

Thanks for the quick reply! It's all done now, once again many thanks.
