LD 36 calling a TN

If I call out on a TN via LD 36 and get the below what does that tell me about this particular TN?

.CALL 4 0 0 1
DN?
.19175551212

DN?

I didn't get a call. I just got prompted again for the DN. This is a remote site. Thank you.
