I have a line that when I check the stat it says Busy yet the operator is not using the phone. I am new to PBX it fell into my lap after corporate downsizing and I have to learn as I go. I have been reading the threads in this group and have found alot of usefull info. thanks guys. The user with this line has a 2116 phone and she said her primary line works fine but her secondary line does not work she cannot page out when she has a call. I called her secondary line and it went to her voicemail but did not ring at her desk, yet her primary line does ring. Don't flame me to badly for asking this. Thanks for any help.....
