Layers, Rollovers & Behaviors

So, I can figure out behaviors and layers and making them visible and not and using all that for drop down menus, but what I cannot get my menus to do is "disappear" after the mouse out event. The drop down menu (actually a hidden layer that appears with a "mouseover&quot stays visible after the mouse has left that area. Know what I mean?

Ideally, I'd love to have my menu look like the one here:

with various layers of drop downs, but what I like is that after you've left that area, the menus don't show.

Any ideas/suggestions/books I can read to help?? Thanks.

I had a problem with this before, the only way I found around it was to create a click event to make the menu do stuff.

I know this isn't exactly what you want but it is a cheat cut.

I will post further deatails when I have settled down in my new job and I have everything set up on my system
