Layer position Relative/Absolute

In the design process, if I set the layer position to absolute, I can move around the layer.
If the layer is set to relative, I cannot do this and it is 'painfull' to move the layer around.
Is there a way to move this layer around by draging it or do I have to do it by changing the values of Left and Top pixels by pixels.
Since I am trying to overlap 3 differents layer this became a real project!

While tedious - the best method is changing the values.
Also play with the z-index to overlap them
