Launching macros in Excel at startup

Greetings,

I have a macro/VBA that I'd like to do automatically either when opening or closing of an Excel spreadsheet?

Can anyone help? Thanks

If want it to start at open, you would name the macro
Auto_Open

and if you want the macro to execute at the close, name it
Auto_Close "Aliquando et insanire iucundum est"
