Latest Hotfix for SP4? 2

I have 2040 installed on all my servers and I have been having some memory problems on the main production server during high utilization.

What is the latest hotfix? I found 2162, but the download isn't available because of found bugs. What is the latest stable version?

What is the latest stable version? Are all of the hotfixes cumulative or do I have to apply each of them in order?

Hotfixes are usually created to fix a specific problem. Some of them include other hotfixes, some don't. You have to read Microsoft's documentation on the Hotfix.
