Last name First name please - GAL views 1

A simple sounding question.
I have Exchange 2000 (Sp2) and use Outlook 2000 clients.
How do I change the default view in the address book
from the format: first name, last name
to: last name, first name
I am talking about the Global Address Book entries, not peoples personal contacts.
