Hi all,

I have a menial question to ask and I hope all gurus out there can help me. I have a large attachment ( 12 MB ) awaiting for my user to receive but my user claim not to have received it. Test mail is alright. I've checked the size limitation in the system manager and also the AD user and computer settings but mailbox limit settings are not defined. Is there anywhere else I have missed. Please advice.

Thanks

12MB attachment? What's the connection speed? Hope it's not dialup!

What does the logs say?
You should be able to see if the Exchange system has delivered the msg to the receiving mailbox.

12MB attachments is not a problem for Exchange. We have had users sending email with attachments of more the 50 MB without any problem.
The only limit we have seen was for a PowerPoint file of 168 MB and that limit was somehow in Antigen because it couldn't scan the file within the timelimits it had for scanning.

But regardless of your users connectionspeed it should at least end up in their mailbox.
