Hi I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on a problem i having with one of my users. He is running Windows XP Pro Sp1.
If he tries to open a document in excel 2000 it says its locked by another user. If I click manage on the server and review the open files on the server I can see that he has the file locked. If I close that file lock he can then open the document. Its almost as though when he closes the document the machine keeps the file locked and associated to that user. Any ideas why this is happening!!
