laptop editing

i am considering a laptop for editing 'on the move ' i notice a lot of laptops have hard drives with a 4800 rpm speed. would thid be a problem with editing using premiere pro 1.5 ??
n.b. i also use ulead dvd workshop 2 for dvd authoring!
any help greatly appreciated.
