Laptop crashing

Hi Guys

I recently opened up a Toshiba Tecra 8200 laptop to swap the keyboard. Returned the laptop to the user, after a while the user complained that the laptop switched off automatically after a minute or so. I reseated the RAM and it stayed on much longer.
But it's still swithing off.
It doesnt switch off when in safe Mode. Any idea's please help!!
