Language Translation

Dear All,

I have a website that is in English and I wish to do the same website in Spanish, Italian and German. Is there a way that I can translate my webpage automatically, (somthing like a translation program) or else i have to do it manually?

Ok I gave it a look, it seems a good tool. However I do not think that it works with Flash based websites.
