Language switching in Windows XP?

Is it possible to change languages in WinXP Pro? I know this OS is supposed to be muli-lingual but to what extent? Basically I have English users in Quebec, I need to deliver a French PC to them. Now most will want to swtich to English but I'd like to have the option, if possible?

Any ideas? I don't want to be re-installing OS images and crap, I'd like to know if I can run a command, etc...

Multi-language only applies to certain areas like country specific settings, currence, fonts, time, date, IE, etc., but not to the OS itself.
So, if you nee a French Xp, you will have no choice as to install a French version.

How about this...

I have a dual boot machine, One OS French, one OS English.

Would I run into a Windows Activiation issue if there both on the same machine hence both OS's will have the same hardware sig right...

Wrong.

They will be installed on different machines and have seperate HALL.DLL files.

The Windows XP/2000 MUI is sold only through Volume Licensing programs such as the Microsoft Open License Program (MOLP / Open), Select, and Enterprise agreement (or with a new computer as an OEM version at customer request). It is not available through retail channels.

Multilingual User Interface Resource Files are only sold as a bundle with the English version of Windows, to make absolutely sure customers have the English version of the OS when installing MUI. For Windows XP this bundle consists of 6 CDs - one containing the base operating system in English, plus 5 CDs containing the Multilingual User Interface files. After completing setup of the base English OS from CD1, run the program MUISETUP.EXE from any of the resource CD's to install the required User Interface Languages. MUISETUP.EXE can also be run from a network share, if desired. More detailed installation guides available in Windows XP/2000 Setup and Configuration section. <
