Hi

We are trying t mail merge with our databse. The links are fine, however we want to

1. Create one sheet full of first record of details. We can can get one lable, but ti does not fill in all the other labels with the same information.

2. The create a new sheet if record changes and then also print a whole sheet of labels.

So we could have an order with rows 1 and 2, we want one full sheet of row 1 information and then one of 2 information.

Any ideas, this is merged through MSQuery, all this works fine, just the lable creation is the problem.

Thanks in advance

The main thing is--do not use any Word Fields (Next Record, Next Record If, etc). Simply place the desired Merge Fields (First_Name, Last_Name, etc) on each label of the sheet. My simplified example shown below has only one Merge Field ("Address"), but, of course, you would use all the appropriate fields for a complete record. It will create one sheet of labels for each record.
