Please start again and tell us WHAT YOU WANT TO DO. The 824 can ring any or all extensions, including the VM ports, and then the AA would pick up the call on the 5/10/15 second delay. The custom service menu would then process the caller's request and ring an extension. You set the string for FxD which removes the AA/VM from the call and the TA figures out what to do. Note: Each station has FWD set back to the 107/115 VM port. You don't modify the TVA to make it pick up on delay or it screws up the whole system for transfers and check-in.
The 824 does NOT have ring groups so when you send a call to an extension, it's the only extension that rings.
