KX-HTS32 VoiceMail, How to change voice messages? 1

Hi,
May I ask your kind help, how can I upload to Panasonic KX.HTS32 any of these .GSM files available at the link above ?
My target is to replace VM-INTRO.GSM file with a silent one, to "disable to voice prompt". Thanks to the link above, I know hoe to name it now, and there seems to be silence ones, so I dont even need to generate a .GSM file, just copny an re-name.
BUT
I dont know how to upload it. Through the Web console interface or through USB key, or there is a dedicated software for that?
Also, if I would need to create a .GSM file, which software capable to record a new or convert an existing sound file ?
