I have MICS 7.0 software and have a KIM at the receptionist position. Question is; will the KIM also work as a busy lamp field?

Yes, it can be a BLF (Busy Lamp Field), a DSS (Direct Station Select) and if you program it as a CAP (Central Answering Position) you can program lines to Appear and Ring.

Here's another kim question, I know you can attach 9 kims to 1 T7316E phone, but how many T7316E telephone users can have kims on a MICS?

as many as you want to.make sure after 4 kims you include a power supply
