Kill Runaway Apps

Does anyone out there have some nifty code that identifys and kills runaway applications? If so, I would love to hear from ya!!

Use the FindWindow API to find the handle to the open window and the PostMessage API to close it.

Thanks for the replies, but I don't think these solutions will work for me because my runaways are windowless / formless applications. These apps are running on RF scanners using Wavelink.

My original solution was to use the psapi.dll and Pdh.Dll to create a vb based task manager to monitor cpu usage and identify run away applications. However, I was uable to extract cpu usage for SPECIFIC PIDs (Process Identifiers).

Any ideas?
