Keyword search using a tally or sequence table

this is in regard of an article posted at:

in this article they explain how to create a simple search on a table using keywords.
it's working great but i'd like to add two functionalities and i can't seem to make it work.
first, this this search will find words within words. for example, if i the keyword is each this sp will also report reaching as a successful hit. is it possible to disable this?

second, i'd like to add an option for any or all search. for example, if i search for tek tips the sp will also report pages containing only tips as successful.

any ideas or suggestions will be of great help.
