KeyLogging and Spyware

Okay , so I may just be paranoid but...
I handed in my resignation a few days ago and get the distinct feeling I'm being "watched" for want of a better word.

Now , I look after the office LAN here - but I am wondering wether any sort of Keylogging code or Spyware had been placed on my desktop by my evil overlords.

If there is, can anyone tell me where to look for it on my system and how to get rid of it..??

One way is a little device that plugs on the back of the computer in the keyboard slot and then the keyboard plug plugs into that. It will monitor all your keystrokes. it's about the same size as the keyboard plug and fits in line with it.
The best way, though, is to not do anything you wouldn't want them to find out. "A little knowledge is a dangerous thing....."

assuming you're on winNT, or 2k, ctrl+alt+delete and check in the task manager under processes and see if there is anything wierd running, that shouldn't be there.

Agreeing with nobrain, just don't do anything that you wouldn't want them to know about. If it's a company computer you are working on, then it should only be used for job related functions. Save the stuff like checking your bank balance untill you get home just to be safe. In a work environment where other people have access to my PC, I would never access anything that I want to keep private. I am, however, lucky enough to be the only person who can use my system.
