Key Management server problem

Hi,

I have installed Microsoft Exchange server 5.5 with Key Management server on Windows NT Server 4.0 with SP 6a. Then I applied Exchange Server SP 3. It worked fine. Then I upgraded the system to Windows 2000 Server. Now all the services of my Exchange Server start exactly as before but the Key Management server service does not start.

Can any one help me out regarding this?
