KNEW is for new keycodes.

If you lost it, your vedor can Download it from NORTEL.

Or if you have the KEYCODE sheet, then you can type in by hand.

I think he is asking, is there any way to print the Keycodes that are in the system like you can do in the BCM systems. I think you can do it but I have never need to.

if you can't find it via ksho.. you can get it via the nortel website if you have the eng login.. why do you need it? ld 22 slt will show you a lot about the lic and prt pkg will show packages your keycode turned on

The keycodes on the floppies are in a .kcd file format.

Your best bet is get in touch with your vendor and ask them to download the keycodes for you. That way you have it in the original format.

If you attepmt to pull it out of the PBX - not sure that you can on the larger system, its just going to show you the raw keycode data, which does you no good, unless you plan on entering them manually.

Unlike the 11C and 1KS system, the keycodes on the larger system is something like 20 lines, with 16 characters per line long.

If you have lost your keycode floppy, dump your system to floppy disk and then check the floppy disk in windows explorer on your PC you will see the keycode.kcd file that can be used as a replacement keycode floppy disk.
