key 0 scn and cls AAA

Hi.

I have a customer that wants to have key 0 scn xxxx and they also want the phone to answer automaticly and therefore I have set cls AAA. That's working great, BUT.

Is there anything I can do to make a beep in their headset when a call comes in before the phone answers automagicly, or just make the beep at all would be great???

Hey JP, good solution but not quite the solution I'm looking for. I have to have the beep in the "HeadSet/handset" not the speaker or buzzer on the set it selves. That's why I have SCN...

the only way i know to do the true tone to a headset is to use an acd with auto answer option.. if the set has just a headset and auto answers to that you should get a single tone.. if the hookswitch is down you would get a ring.. change the ring tone to buzz or go into ftc and build a beep for that set.. either are a little abstract for a single user..

You say change ring tone to buzz, do you mean the buzz in cls? I tried with buzz, aaa and hfa in cls. In order to make aaa work, the hookswitch must be down, but it does not "beep" in the headset. Also I had to set on hook default path to headset.

How would changing of the ftc relate to my problem? Would that change the ringing tone? Or could I make a "beep" there and do something in ld11 to enable it. The problem is that I don't know how to do it in both ld56 and ld11 to eventually change it, and if it's only changing the ringing tone it wouldn't work because of SCN.

PS! This is for 40 users that use a CTI application along with CCT6.0/TAPI from nortel and they use M3904 phones.
