We have several words that need to be kept together on one line in a Word document. I know there is a way to do this...can anyone help?

format, paragraph, line and page breaks
check widow/orphans control and check keep lines together.

if you wish to put them on the next page, then check keep with next

Hi emcc,

I think you are looking for a Nonbreaking space. Several ways to get it - Ctrl+Shift+Space, or Insert, Symbol, Special Characters, and select Nonbreaking space.

A little more advanced approach would be to create an Autotext entry, if it is something like a Company or Product name. You set up an abbreviation for this entry and just enter the abbreviation followed by F3 to use it, and the abbreviation will be replaced by the full text from Autotext including the Nonbreaking space.

Good Luck!
