If I have a field where e.g someone joins, for the fist time, and I want to send an (increasingly severe)form letter to them, because they have been inactive for 30, 60 or 90 days, what is the easiest way to check this comparison IF THERE ISNT ANOTHER "DATE" FIELD in the table?

Thanks for reading!

DateDiff("d", [JoinDate], Date()) will give you the number of days between the joindate and today. You can then use this value in an if or select to send out different form letters.
