I am wanting to set up a page with a top and bottom frame (top frame main document, bottom frame scroll buttons).

The scroll buttons should scroll the top (main) frame info when mouseover happens...

Any suggestions would be gratefully received...

(sounds easy, but I've trolled the net for answers and have not got anywhere!)...
