Keep entire group together 1

Crystal 8.5, ODBC, Ingres DB

How do you keep an entire group together. In other words, Group Header #1
Group Header #2
Details
Group Footer #2a
Group Footer #2b
Group Footer #1a
Group Footer #2b

If there is not enough room on page for all of the above, don't print the GH #1, wait to print on next page...

In the Change Group dialog, there's a "Keep Group Together" check box.

Note: this is NOT the same as selecting the "Keep Together" option for a section.
